This activity aims to energize the sales team, translating their enthusiasm into accelerated brand growth for Peugeot in Vietnam.

The Contest was hosted across July and August 2023, exclusively challenged sales representatives and managers who had successfully completed Stellantis-standard training courses and received their competition codes. Individuals who demonstrated exceptional performance, as measured by their target completion rate over the two-month period were chosen as winners.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Justin Scott, Stellantis Manager in Vietnam market said: "Business success is more than just results; it's a constant push to learn, adapt, and excel. Honored individuals, you're not just winners of this competition, you're shining examples of this growth mindset. Your resilience and ability to overcome challenges inspire the entire Southeast Asian sales team, over 100 strong. We're committed to nurturing further growth by cultivating programs that support and empower your spirit."

After the contest, THACO AUTO had 7 individual winners, among which Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai, a Sales Manager at Phu My Hung dealership exceeded his target by 172% and Mr. Le Van Trung, Sales Manager at Truong Chinh with an incredible 225% target exceedance. The Peugeot Vietnam team also claimed 47 consolation prizes out of a total of 122 awarded, solidifying Peugeot's powerful position at the Southeast Asia region.

Receiving the Excellent Sales Manager award, Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai shared: "Laser focus at work and a heart that vibrates for Peugeot – these have been my compasses for six years. We, as a team, discovered grit and drive, fueled by the shared pursuit of success after the contest. Such competitive spirit now glows within us all, promising to illuminate the journey ahead for the Peugeot brand."

On this occasion, Peugeot sales representatives and managers had a tour around the automobile complex at THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park, seeing first-hand the scale, production process, and quality control of finished vehicles. The tour hopefully offers them with more experience and confidence in serving customers, and strengthening their commitment to the Peugeot brand in particular and THACO AUTO in general.
