Recognizing the crucial role of high-quality human resources in sustainable development, THACO AUTO has implemented a strategy to increase employees participating in training programs abroad by exposing employees to new trends in the automotive industry and providing opportunities to learn from international experts.

In May 2024 alone, THACO AUTO trained nearly 500 personnel from affiliated units. These comprehensive training programs, designed for different experience levels, equip staff with the necessary knowledge and expertise to meet evolving customer demands and drive sales success across THACO AUTO's nationwide showroom network.

THACO AUTO prioritizes both integration training for new hires and diverse professional and technical training programs for existing employees in the first quarter of 2024.

In 2023, THACO AUTO hosted 1,236 courses for more than 2,900 employees, offered through home-grown internal training courses, or in collaboration with THACO College or external experts.

From May 17 to November 1, THACO Kia Plant organizes a 4-section course on Kia Sonet manufacturing technologies for more than 200 employees who are managers and workers at ADM (Uzbekistan).
