ICT is an international certification training program instructed directly by BMW Group experts to the brand distributors worldwide, upholding a practice-intensive and interactive training approach between teachers and students. The ICT Sales Consultant certification is the BMW's recognition for those who have passed the brand's demanding criteria.
In particular, the Sales Consultants have to undergo a training program under the guidance of BMW Group Asia instructors in 18 months, counting from their first day as a consultant. The practice wants to ensure the employees will be trained up to BMW standards to become young and qualified generations for the Vietnamese auto industry.
The training program has 4 levels. Level 1: the sales consultants are guided on sales process, customer perspectives in sales process, digital tools. Level 2: Review the modules online: brand history, brand DNA, product lines, presentation skills, mystery customer. Level 3: Understanding customers, sales methods, sales funnel management, and Level 4: Final assessment: Interview, role play, online test, etc.
After a long training at all 4 levels, the 21 team leaders and sales consultants from BMW and MINI at provincial companies have reached the final part of the training with important tests under the supervision of BMW Group Asia Training & Quality Management experts.
The program will continue until the end of 2023 for more than 100 sales leads and representatives of BMW and MINI at THACO AUTO's provincial companies to improve their professional expertise, sales skills in serving demanding needs of customers of luxury car brands as BMW and MINI.
