Attending the program, learners not only understood the brand history but also knew ways to improve their sales and marketing skills, the brand positioning and product values of MINI.
In addition to theory given by the instructors who are experienced THACO AUTO business executives, the program integrated role-playing and simulations to increase interaction and showcase case studies in reality. The learners also had a test drive on MINI cars during the program.
After the training session, Mr. Le Cong Hoang, a Deputy Sales Manager at BMW Bac Giang said, “In addition to the updated knowledge about MINI brands and products, I also joined the simulations.
