Stellantis Group, a global automaker headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, boasts 14 major car brands under its wing, including Peugeot.  The prestigious 2023 ASEAN Best Customer Experience Award drew participation from 20 distributors across Southeast Asia and Oceania, representing Stellantis brands in Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, New Zealand, New Caledonia (France), French Polynesia, Myanmar, and Vietnam.

Stellantis highlighted THACO AUTO's exceptional customer service performance at the award ceremony. A staggering 96.8% of new car buyers reported satisfaction, and a strong 92.5% of service customers expressed satisfaction and a willingness to recommend THACO AUTO to their network. (These results stem from a survey program conducted nationwide among car buyers and service users at Peugeot dealerships.)

To elevate the customer experience for Peugeot in Vietnam, THACO AUTO has implemented different strategies, including a nationwide upgrade of Peugeot showrooms and dealerships to align with the brand's global recognition standards, enhancing the quality of their after-sales service offerings, guaranteeing a steady supply of genuine spare parts, addressing any repair or maintenance needs efficiently.

The Vietnamese company has invested heavily in their workforce, ensuring service consultants and technicians receive training according to international standards who are equipped to provide customers with optimal solutions, attentive support, and prompt resolutions to any inquiries. THACO AUTO has established a robust network of genuine parts distributors, with over 90 Peugeot showrooms operating across 63 Vietnamese provinces and cities.
